Positive Vibes Youth Club member, Simba Munjeri has expressed gratitude for the continued support he has received from his local club especially during the lockdown. The club through its Youth coordinators Mac Chimbizi and Jerry Murefu was able to keep tabs on the young ones as there were at the most vulnerable.

The club was able to source Samsung Tablets through the Community Fund which were distributed amongst members and households so that the young people could stay connected, access education websites and attend zoom sessions which included quiz and welfare checks.

An avid footballer and fitness fanatic when asked about how he has coped during lockdowns, Simba said, At first it was hard because I wasn’t used to it then later it was alright,”.

He added,”To keep active I was just going running and do some homework and access learning material on recommended education sites. I don’t know what I’d have done without support from Positive Vibes Club”.
